Randall Croley El, is a published tattoo artist and painter located in the OTR District of Cincinnati, Ohio. With a combined mix of art and fluidity, Randall's tattoo career spans over 16 years. For over 8 years he was founder and owner of Studio Seven Design until 2017 to which Silent Wave Tattoo was born.

My portfolio covers a collection of black & gray, traditional, neo-traditional, Japanese, cultural, and realism tattoos. My work emphasizes key elements of black & gray and bold color.
